Constant Yen is a Toronto-based artist & animator who likes to draw and make things with their hands. Their practice involves creating spontaneous and playful experimental work combining analog and digital processes.
In recent years, Constant has completed two artist residencies at the Toronto Animated Image Society and their animated loops and short films have screened at festivals around the world including at Annecy and Ottawa International Animation Festival. Constant also enjoys making zines, working with analogue film, and more recently, exploring live performance with an overhead projector.
